"Sunspace was a wonderful little house, older and quirky with enough space to spread out without having to worry about doodads breaking or walls getting nicked - perfect for the budget and families with smaller kiddos. "

"Ocracoke realty was friendly, easy to work with, great communication. The property sunspace however was just okay, could use some updating. The sink faucets need replaced, living room furniture needs replaced. The bedrooms have no overhead light fixtures, only lamps. Its a place to stay, and budget friendly."
