"great house, nice renovated kitchen. could use an exterior elevator/platform lift to front balcony to help with kitchen on top floor. upstairs bathtub didnt drain, out door furniture rusted and broken. AC worked great!"

"August 2018 Stay
Our stay at Su Casa was everything we had hoped for. The house was clean and had all the amenities that were mentioned in the description. We enjoyed being on a canal that offered a short paddle to the Pamlico sound. The difference in tides is about one foot so getting in and out of our kayaks was easy. The house is located on a dead end so there is very little traffic and it's very quiet. We especially enjoyed the peaceful evenings on the top deck. Enjoying the sunset and the star filled sky at night. All of the bedrooms had access to a deck and were very comfortable. The top floor has a huge, open floor plan that allowed all of us to hang out while we cooked. The beaches on Ocracoke Island are incredible. The water was 80 degrees while we were there. Very clean and uncrowded. Midnight walks under a full moon on the beach are amazing. Driving on the beach is also a huge bonus. We can't wait to go back next year and have already booked our dates. OIR and Su Casa met all of our expectations. "
