The first floor features the primary bedroom private bath with shower and private covered deck. A lower level hallway bathroom offers a tub/shower. A second deck is located at the rear entryway.

Property was in mint condition on arrival. We particularly liked the large kitchen/dining area upstairs that allows cooks to interact with all members of a rental party. Kitchen is well-equipped and house has huge selection of books, games (board and computer) for rainy days. House shows that the owner has good taste. Service by OIR was also great. A toilet started running and the friendly repairman arrived within 1 hr. Our only suggestion would be that the owner had a kitchen fan installed to prevent cooking smells from lingering."
