"The cottage was great! The location is perfect, close to shopping and the Shushy stand. I loved the view most of all. We could see the ferry come and go and the boats on Silver Lake. The shower in the master bath was slippery, so we had to purchase a bath mat. Also, the shower head is dripping. Everything else was in good working order and very clean."

"We loved our week at Corinne’s Downstairs. We didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect time of year to go to Ocracoke. I always go in July (and stilll will) but wanted my family to experience the Island so we decided a little earlier in the season before Memorial Day!!"

"October 2018 Stay We really enjoyed our stay at Corinne's Downstairs. The view from the porch was wonderful. We could see Silver Lake and the ferry coming and going each day. Corinne's was clean and comfortable. When I realized that the coffee maker was not working, the realtor sent a new one over within an hour. The house was within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on the harbor. We rented a golf cart for the week so we didn't have to drive our vehicle except to go to the beach. There was a washer and dryer available and fish cleaning station. The only thing needed was a water hose to wash off our fishing rods, the hose there was only two feet long. We will definitely stay here again."

"August 2018 Stay Wonderful week in Ocracoke! This property was perfect, beautiful views of Silver Lake from the main living area and from the front porch. One of our favorite things were the sunsets over the Pamlico, and bike riding throughout the village."
