Description

Located within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, Ocracoke Lighthouse, restaurants, shops and galleries. This two story end condo is conveniently located next to the Boyette Pool.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Master Bedroom with King, private bath with whirlpool tub/shower and private deck with pool view. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen). Maximum occupancy of 4. Hallway bath has a shower and washer/dryer.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs with DVD. The kitchen offers a microwave and dishwasher.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a first and second floor deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open April 15 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills available.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

What's New: Bedding is 1 King and 1 Queen Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen).

The Boyette Pool is open effective June 7th. Due to Covid-19 requirements, until further notice the maximum pool occupancy is 6 people. Max occupancy in the pool area is 16.


Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom with King bed, TV/DVD, and Master Bath with whirlpool tub/shower. Bedroom with Queen Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen). Hallway bath with shower stall and stackable washer/dryer.

*Linens, Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Baby Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made any time prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.

Wonderful stay! Can’t say enough wonderful things.... I rarely leave reviews, but this deserves an update from previous ones. After the Hurricane Dorian Devastation in 2019, this unit was completely redone on the first floor. All new kitchen with all necessities. Very clean. No leaking or ants in master bath. Beds very comfortable. Lots of room. Loved the location, especially far end away from road by pool. Looks exactly as pictured. Nice front porch, but bring bug spray. Highly recommend!!!

The condo had a great location to stores and restaurants. However, there were leaks from the ceiling of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Since it was probably the master bath, we stopped using the shower midweek. It was reported and someone promptly came to access the leaks. There were ants in the master bathroom.

Weve stayed in this condo for several years in a row. We like it very much, but it needs a little TLC. There are only two hangers for clothes in any of the closets, and theres an ant problem in the master bath. The kitchen utensils have dwindled over the years, and the dishwasher isnt the best. HOWEVER, we will stay here the next time we come to Ocracoke. The layout is perfect, location is great, and the beds are very comfortable.

What a beautiful condo! We very much enjoyed our stay here - and since it rained so much, we really did use the condo more than normal. The home was very clean, well equipped, and spacious. The close proximity to the pool was nice - we didn't have to carry a ton of things and could go back and forth. Very nice!

Loved the location. Could have used a few more bowls in kitchen and couple of more pots, but other than that was perfect. The condo was spotless when we arrived
