Description

Enjoy this three bedroom Ocracoke Island vacation rental. Conveniently located within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor and the Ocracoke Lighthouse. Nature lovers will enjoy a short walk to Springer's Point Preserve.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with Twin and a set of Bunks. Half Bath is located in ground level shed with exterior access only.

Amenities include air conditioning units, gas wall heat unit, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs and DVD player. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a deck, park style charcoal grill, picnic table and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.


Property Layout:

Single story home: Open kitchen and dining area. Living area with TV. Master Bedroom with Queen bed, TV, deck and private bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom with Queen. Bedroom with Bunk and Twin. Hallway bathroom with shower.

Ground level: Laundry shed with washer/dryer and rustic half bath, exterior access only.

Great house and location for a week of glorious beachtime & sunsets for 3 ladies. It's apparent that this is property is well loved - if only the walls could talk!Thank you for having this affordable property available

We had a great time here and will definitely be returning to Ocracoke!! We loved driving out on the beach and watching the sun set over the sound. I do believe what we loved most about the island is its slow pace and minimal activity. Great place to just kick back and relax

absolutely love Ocracoke and Ocracoke realty! we have been to the obx 4 times. for 2 times we stayed on hatteras and then just visited Ocracoke. the last 2 times we have stayed on the island and it had been the best ever. highly recommend renting golf carts and being a4x4 and getting a pass to drive on the beach. our kids have loved both of those things and it has made a stay even more awesome!
