This luxurious Semi-Harborfront, reverse floor plan, split level condo is located in the heart of Ocracoke Village and a short walk to many shops, galleries and restaurants.

Down Creek Condo D103 is the third unit off Silver Lake Harbor. Enjoy harbor views and beautiful sunsets from the furnished screened porch.

This Ocracoke Island condo offers two bedrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen and Futon in Den. One full bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower and double sinks. A half bath is located on the second level.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 4 cable TVs (living area, bonus room and in all bedrooms) and DVD player. Kitchen features include granite counters, dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Screened porch. Shared outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and fish cleaning bench.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. Parking Available for One Vehicle.

No Boat Dockage Offered with this Condo.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.


Property Layout:

First Floor: Bedroom with King bed and TV. Bedroom with Queen bed and TV. Shared bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower stall. Hallway laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer.

Second Floor: Open living area with TV and dining area. Kitchen. Den with TV, Double Futon and half bath.

The reviews listed below are out of date. The venetian blinds in the living room and kitchen have been replaced with curtains and drapes. The blinds in the other rooms are fine. The TVs are not flat screen sets, but have perfect pictures and sound and all receive cable. Of course we dont visit Ocracoke to play Xbox games anyway. The beds now have memory foam pads so the comments on the mattresses are invalid in my opinion. We experienced no maintenance issues. One last point on those comments is that all of the positive attributes of the unit were ignored.Viewers on this site cannot see the comments left in the guest books in the condo. I wish you could. My wife and I have used this condo four different times over the last few years and have read the guest books prior to writing our own comments. I cannot recall a single negative comment in any of the guest books.

We absolutely loved staying in Down Creek. The unit was right in the middle of everything yet quiet and private. The unit is very tastefully decorated a shows beautifully but furniture is in need of a deep cleaning and the mattresses and pillows are an embarrassment. The sheets and towels provided by an outside service should be thrown in the garage, what a disgrace for over $200/night. I also was disappointed that there was no cookie sheet and the blinds were still broken and/or not functional. That being said, we loved, loved, loved Ocracoke and would come back to Down Creek if the price reflected the quality.


We are happy to announce that Ocracoke Island Realty has an entirely new provider of bed linens and towels for the 2019. Our guests have been sharing their pleasure with the new quality linens. The owner of this property has replaced the blinds in the living room and kitchen with drapes and the missing cookie sheet has been replaced.
