Description

Enjoy privacy and relaxation at Evening Shade. This home is tucked off Loop Road and offers a convenient walk to the Ocracoke Lighthouse and Springer’s Point Preserve.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 bedroom with King bed, 1 with Queen bed and 1 with two Twin beds.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet and satellite TV. The kitchen offers a microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers ample areas for outdoor relaxation including a screened porch and ample yard space. Enjoy the hot/cold outdoor shower and a picnic table. Off-site dock on Silver Lake Harbor will be available beginning Spring 2021.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

What's New for 2021: *An off-site dock on Silver Lake Harbor will be available starting Spring 2021 reservations.

Starting Spring 2021, Evening Shade will offer off-site Boat Slip with fish bench on Silver Lake Harbor, kayak access path and parking for one vehicle. If you would like to utilize the boat dock, please note in the special request section when making your reservation.

Property Layout:

First Floor: Living area with TV, kitchen, dining, laundry room. Bedroom with king bed and TV. Shared bath with tub/shower. Screened porch.

Second Floor: Bedroom with queen and bedroom with two twin beds. Hallway bathroom with tub/shower.

*Linens, Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Baby Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made any time prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.

Evening Shade, A Great Place to Stay! Home away from home.

Outstanding Property. Spacious rooms. Very nice screened porch. Kitchen well equipped with chalkboard wall that the grandkids loved. Well cared for lot with quiet setting off the road providing for privacy and huge yard for outdoor games, etc.
