Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Pamlico Sound from both the interior and screened porch. Or, take a stroll out on the dock. Harborview village location offers a short walk to local shops, galleries and restaurants.

This luxurious unit offers a reverse floor plan, enhancing the waterfront experience. The entire open floor plan of the second floor is located harbor front. Water views from every room! Enjoy the creative beauty of local original artworks throughout the living space.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, 3 flat screen TVs with cable service and DVD. The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Phone with domestic long distance service. Washer and dryer. Iron and iron board.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The screened porch offers seating and a tiki bar. Shared outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and fish cleaning bench.

Boat dockage may be available for an additional taxable $100 dockage fee.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. Parking Available for One Vehicle.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

A 42' Deep Water Boat Slip with water and electric MAY BE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS WITH ADVANCE REGISTRATION ONLY at time of reserving condo. An additional $100 taxable weekly dockage fee (3-7 nights) will be added to reservation. Please note request in comments line of your online reservation.


Property Layout:

First Floor: Two bedrooms each with Queen bed and TV. Shared bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower stall. Hallway laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer.

Second Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Half bath.

Our condo at down creek 101 exceeded our expectations! The views from all rooms even the bathroom are spectacular. I put a lot of effort into researching the perfect place for our stay and I found it! We had a nice breeze the entire trip which kept the bugs away and allowed us to sit in our screened in porch. We spent quite a bit of time in The condo just enjoying our views. The living room furniture could use some updating and could be more comfortable but thats because we spent so much time just enjoying chilling in our condo. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and seemed newer while the second bedroom mattress was not as comfy. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked! I was concerned that we might hear noise from other guests but we didnt hear a peep. Overall we couldnt be happier and well be back for sure.
