Description

This two-story condo is within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, Ocracoke Lighthouse, restaurants, shops, and galleries, and right across the street from the Oyster Company, Sorella's Pizza, Thai Moon, and Magic Bean coffee.

Hawk's Nest features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double over Queen), and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Maximum occupancy of 4.

The master bedroom includes a King bed, a private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen smart TV, and a private covered deck with Adirondack chairs that overlook all the activity on Irvin Garrish Highway. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk (Double over Queen) and flat-screen smart TV. The hallway bathroom includes a stall shower and washer/dryer. The downstairs living area offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 3 internet streaming TVs.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a first and second-floor deck, both of which are covered. The first-floor deck includes six tall Adirondack chairs and an outdoor ceiling fan, great for morning coffee, evening drinks, or rainy days.

The pool (non-heated) is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos and is open from April 15 through mid-October. There is an outdoor open COLD shower at the poolside. Shared charcoal grills are also available.

No Smoking/Vaping. No pets allowed. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Short stays are available with a three-night minimum.

Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining, bar seating/stools, and living area with TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with King bed, TV, and master bath with tub/shower. Second bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk (Double over Queen). Hallway bath with shower stall and stackable washer/dryer.

This was our first time renting a condo. This condo was cozy, well furnished and very clean. We had all essentials needed. We loved the pool and the vicinity to Ocracoke village. The living room rug was the softest and thickest rug I have ever felt. Parking was pretty cramped as the renters of the other condos all had large trucks and SUVs. We had to call maintenance one time and they arrived within a half an hour and fixed our small issue.
