Enjoy breathtaking views from this wonderful Pet Friendly soundfront home. Landshark is located directly on Pamlico Sound. Relax and unwind, enjoy endless views from the waterside interior or generously furnished deck.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with King, 1 with Queen. Double Sleeper Sofa in Living Area.

Landshark offers an open living area with cathedral ceilings and amazing water views and a generously appointed game room featuring a pool table, shuffle board, foosball, poker, chess and checkers tables. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave and two ovens. A separate dining area offers two dining tables with a view of Pamlico Sound.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs and 1 DVD player. Phone with domestic long distance service. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a deck, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench and bulkhead with sea wall. A small storage shed under the house is perfect for storing beach items.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 4 vehicles.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

No Partial Week Stays.

A weather perfect week in Ocracoke staying at Landshark - a charming sound front 3 BR cottage with lovely water views. Very comfortable and well appointed - we will be back! Only thing I would add is a reading lamp in the downstairs bedroom.

Amazing view, lovely house. We really enjoyed the game room. You should check the caulk around the kitchen sink and provide a broom. The sand spurs were invasive!

Nice house, location. Enjoyed the game room (foosball) tremendously! Some small issues with shower water regulation, cabinet hardware... please note the water that comes in on the 2 windows at kitchen with bad storms. Also the door to deck from dinette room sticks horribly. Liked the decking underneath house as it kept things cleaner. So nice that beds were made and bath towels were waiting! Very nice appliances. Thank you for allowing bassethound! We enjoyed our stay there very much! Thank you!
