Description

Ocra-Cork is located on a canal in Sound Shores with access to the Pamlico Sound. Enjoy the convenience of a dock with fish cleaning bench that includes sinks and running water. Ground level decking overlooking the dock and the canal. 'Widow's Walk' room and roof top deck with 360 degree views for spectacular sunrises, sunsets or nighttime stargazing.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid (Queen in middle, Twin on top and an additional Twin trundle bed underneath). Loft area with 2 Twins and 2 three-inch thick twin foam mattresses. Queen Sized Futon in the second floor living area. An additional hot/cold inside shower with double shower heads is located in the entry level.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, satellite TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, phone. Fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers private boat dockage, bulkhead, a large screened porch, decks, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking for 2 cars.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Maximum 4 vehicles.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

First Floor: Open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen. Bedroom with Queen bed. Bedroom with Pyramid Bed (Queen in middle, Twin on top and an additional Twin trundle bed underneath). Hallway Bath. Laundry Closet in Kitchen.

Second Floor: Living Area with Queen Futon, TV/DVD. Master Bedroom with Queen bed and Master Bath. Loft Sleeping Area with two Twin beds.

Ocra-Cork is a very spacious house that has all you need for a perfect stay on Ocracoke Island. The dock and fish cleaning station were a hit for our fisherman. We even got to see some otters jump up and enjoy some fish, too! Our children enjoyed fishing in oyster creek right outside our back door. Inside, youll find everything you need. Weve stayed in rentals before where we would say I wish we had this, or that, but not here. Anything you think you need to cook with is stocked in the lovely updated kitchen. There was plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy a holiday week on the island. Ocracoke is very busy this week, but the location of Ocra-cork provides you with the privacy you need to bask in a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened-in porches, and viewing the fireworks from the widows peak. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect stay, and we would definitely rent it again with no hesitation.
