This two story home features a spacious open floor plan and a large screened porch, perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. When sunset is approaching you will be just a short walk to Silver Lake Harbor.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths. Master Bedroom with King, one Bedroom with 2 Twins and a Loft Bedroom with King and Twin. Den with Double Futon. 2.5 Baths.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat on the first floor and a heat/air conditioning wall unit in the second floor bedroom. Ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs. DVD and Blu Ray DVD. Washer and Dryer.

The exterior offers a large screened porch and hot/cold outdoor shower.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

Property Layout:
First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Master Bedroom with King bed, TV and Private Bath with shower. Bedroom with two Twins. Den with Double Futon. Bath with tub/shower and laundry with Washer/Dryer.

Second Floor: Loft Master Bedroom with King and Twin bed, TV/DVD and Half Bath.

The home was spacious and comfortable. We prepared most of our meals there. It is located in a convenient location. We rented a golf cart and it was nice to tool around the village. We would definitely rent this home again. Ocracoke Island Realty was super responsive to repair requests. We had a minor issue of the master bedroom door sticking and they sent someone over right away.

The house itself is beautiful, it accommodated my family of 6 perfectly. It is located conveniently from main road, a short walk/bike ride takes you shopping. We really felt at home and the porch speaks for it self. There are a few "cosmetics" issues. Like the blinds are a little outdated therefore some were not working and 1 was actually missing from the twins room(hung up a blanket). The thermostat displayed a "low battery" and I couldn't adjust it. The fan in the master bedroom was loud so we opened bedroom windows instead. I do wish to state that in no way shape or form am I complaining. The house was perfect for us but others whom are used to "other" accommodations may leave bad reviews for such small things. I am letting it known so if you see my stars you won't be blindsided by the issues, hardly issues i may say. My family loved ,enjoyed and lived in this home for 1 week and it was not enough. We left wanting more time.We made beautiful memories on the porch . The swing outside was the cherry on top.

We had a wonderful time in this house. The rooms are all spacious and the porch is fabulous. We spent most evenings hanging out and playing games on that porch. There were thirteen of us on the porch and it didnt seem too crowded.We had six adults and two small children staying at the house and we all had plenty of space.The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and cooking utensils. There is a large pantry that made it easy to store our food things.A bonus: Zillies is two doors down. They closed at nine so there was no bothersome noise in the evenings. We made several trips over there for a craft beer or some gourmet ingredient. It was a takeout beer station for us and added to the fun of our vacation.It seemed to us this house was in a central location and a short bike ride to wherever we wanted to go.We will definitely consider Peaceful Porch for our next stay on Ocracoke Island.
