Welcome to Pirate's Quay 2 South - Selah By The Sea, a professionally decorated condo, located on Silver Lake Harbor. Pirate's Quay (pronounced 'key') is a six unit condominium with incredible views of Silver Lake Harbor. Centrally located, you will be a short walk or bike ride to many village shops and restaurants.

Pirate's Quay is the perfect harbor front getaway for a family vacation or couples getaway. Relax on the covered deck and enjoy the sea breezes while you watch kayakers, boaters and occasional ferries arrive and depart Ocracoke Island. Pirate's Quay offers a front row seat to nightly displays of color as the sun sets slowly over Pamlico Sound. Pirate's Quay is a true vacation away.

Enjoy a spacious, open floor plan, convenient single level living and generous windows overlooking Silver Lake Harbor.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 Master Bedroom with King and Private Master Bath with walk-in shower. 1 Bedroom with Queen, TV and semi-private bath with shower (bedroom and hallway access). Sleeper Sofa in living area. For flexibility in sleeping arrangements, the condo offers a Twin air-bed.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs, and a DVD player.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. Shared laundry.

This condo has a deck that overlooks Silver Lake Harbor and offers harbor and sunset views.

Complimentary docking is available with each unit. One boat per unit. A total of six complimentary boat slips are available, two of which are deep water. Fish cleaning bench with water. No electricity available on the dock.

Enjoy sunsets from the spacious gazebo at the end of the dock even if you aren't bringing a boat it is still a great place to relax and watch the world go by.

Shared amenities include *covered and outdoor parking and a shared park style charcoal grill and outdoor shower.

NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE PIRATES QUAY INCLUDING THE BALCONIES. No Pets Allowed.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Can’t stay an entire week?

This home is in the Stay Your Way program and can be reserved in advance with any arrival and departure date, your “mini vacation” is subject to a three night minimum. Yes, even in the summer! Stay Your Way homes can be booked months in advance.


Property Layout:

Single story condo: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Master Bedroom with King bed, TV, and Master Bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom with Queen, TV and semi-private bath with shower (bedroom and hallway access). Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area.

*Parking*

Pirate’s Quay offers four covered parking spaces which are available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking is available across the street. To allow parking for all of our guests we suggest one vehicle per condo unit. Boat trailers should be parked off-site. Trailer parking is available via a free permit at the National Park Service lot.

*Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Baby Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made any time prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.

Parking Problems

Parking spaces taken by permanent residents and golf carts. Across street taken by boat trailers. Street floods in front when it rains.
Manager's Response: We are so very sorry you ran into parking issues at Pirate's Quay. Each Condo is designed to have parking for its guests with overflow parking across the street. Golf carts have added an additional strain on the area. the condo is lovely, so if you choose to rent there again, and run into problems with the parking please let us know and we will do our best to try and remedy the situation. Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
