Rosalita is new to our rental program in 2022!

This pet-friendly Ocracoke Island vacation home is a perfect choice for those not requiring a large home. Off the beaten path yet conveniently located to village attractions. Enjoy a morning walk to nearby coffee shops. Many shops, galleries, restaurants, as well as Silver Lake Harbor are a pleasant walk or bike ride away.

Rosalita offers an open floor plan combining the living, dining area, and kitchen.

Relax on the front screened porch or rear deck which overlooks an enclosed rear yard, perfect for your vacationing pet.

Loft bedroom with King Bed and Bathroom with shower. A Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area offers flexible sleeping arrangements. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 internet TVs, and a DVD player. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a screened porch, open deck, hot/cold outdoor shower, and gas grill.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Parking is limited to 1 car.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum.

Property Layout:
First Floor: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV. Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Second Floor: Bedroom with King Bed, TV. Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.

Bike Rentals, Beach Items, Cottage Items, and More!

Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Baby Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made up until 5 pm, 2 days prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.
