Description

Get your 'Second Wind' in this wonderful Ocracoke Island vacation home. Second Wind is the perfect romantic couples getaway for just two guests. Relax and enjoy the sunshine and warm sea breezes on the waterside decks overlooking a canal with direct access to Pamlico Sound. A partial bulkhead provides both boat docking and easy access to the canal for kayaks, all right at your back door. Distant sound views.

1 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths: The large second floor Master Suite has a King bed and sitting area along with a small waterside deck. The first floor open layout combines the kitchen, living and dining areas. Half bath is on the first floor and full bath with tub/shower on the second floor.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs and DVD player. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers private boat dockage, partial bulkhead, decks, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Half Bath with washer/dryer.

Second Floor: Master Suite with King bed, TV, and sitting area. Full Bath with tub/shower.

This was the perfect place for our anniversary! The house was beautiful and spotless. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved staying on the canal, as we brought our kayaks. We would definitely stay again!

This was probably the cleanest, most well appointed house I have ever stayed in at the beach! It smelled so nice (as in clean, not as in perfumey air freshener). The placement was perfect for kayaking, there was a perfect area for my hammock under the house, and the upper deck was perfect for sitting and watching for shooting stars. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks for the memories!

Second Wind is an ideal vacation home for two people. It was immaculate and the decor was nice. It’s perfect for boaters because it has it’s own dock. Also, the house had everything you would need to cooking and grilling. We will definitely stay at Second Wind again in the future! We love Ocracoke and Second Wind!❤️

Perfect home for two. Well equipped, clean without clutter. Loved the open upstairs bedroom with desk where my husband set up his office and there was room for our yoga mats. Id rent again when its just the two of us vacationing. Loved it.
