Serenity is new to the rental program in July 2022.

This unique open floor plan home offers a private location for your Ocracoke vacation. Situated along a shallow canal at the end of the street, enjoy beautiful marsh views and wildlife! Indigenous trees and plants live throughout this private location. Private kayak access.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: A sliding barn door accesses the first floor Master Suite with King Bed and bath with shower. An iron spiral staircase leads to the second floor with one bedroom with a Double Bed and a bedroom with two Twins. The hallway bath has a whirlpool tub and shower stall.

A first-floor sunroom features a wall of windows facing the marsh with views of the canal.

Amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, one cable TV and one smart TV, mini-split central air conditioning/heat on the first floor and window AC and space heaters on the second floor, and ceiling fans. Dishwasher and microwave. Washer, and a clothes line (no dryer).

The exterior offers decks and a park-style charcoal grill.

Pets Allowed.

No smoking/vaping. No linens provided.

Can’t stay an entire week?

This home is in the Stay Your Way program and can be reserved in advance with any arrival and departure date, your “mini vacation” is subject to a three night minimum. Yes, even in the summer! Stay Your Way homes can be booked months in advance.

Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, living, and dining area with smart TV. A sliding barn door accesses the Master Suite with a King Bed and Master Bath with shower only. Laundry room with washer. Sunroom with cable TV.

Second Floor: Bedroom with Double Bed. Bedroom with two Twin Beds. Hallway Bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Bike Rentals, Beach Items, Cottage Items, and More!

Linens, Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Baby Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made up until 5 pm, 2 days prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.
