Description

Located on Pamlico Sound with a view of Portsmouth Island, this Ocracoke Island condo offers two decks. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Pamlico Sound. Spacious living, dining area and kitchen.

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: Master Bedroom with Queen, Master Bedroom with two Twins, Bedroom with two Twins (bath access shared with hallway). Soaking tub in Queen master bath.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs and 2 DVD players. The kitchen offers a microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers two decks, hot/cold outdoor shower and swing. Shared shallow water pier with ladder (not for boat dockage). Covered parking.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.


Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Bedroom with two Twin beds. Bath with shower only. Laundry Closet with stackable washer/dryer.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom with Queen bed, TV, and Master Bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Master Bedroom with two Twin beds, bath with shower only.

Weve been coming here for at least 20 years. Usually stay for two weeks. Its a lovely location along the sound. Great if you have a little kids are like to play in the water. We bring our WaveRunner and can anchor it in the shallow water.
