Description

Spend a relaxing vacation with family and friends in this comfortable, warm and cozy Ocracoke Island cottage. Located in the heart of the village, within walking distance to all the island attractions.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with a Queen and a Twin.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat on first floor and 2 window AC units on second floor and baseboard heat. Ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 satellite TVs and a DVD player. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a screened porch, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

*This home does not provide linens.

No dishwasher.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit 3 cars.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.


Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Bedroom with Queen bed, TV. Hallway Bath with shower only.

Second Floor: Bedroom with Queen bed and Twin bed. Bedroom with Queen bed. Hallway Bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer.

Beds were very comfortable, A/C kept the house very cool. Living room furniture wasn't very comfortable but, we didn't spend too much time hanging out in the house. I would suggest installing exhaust fans in the bathrooms as they get very stuffy during/after showers. House was very clean.

Nice location plenty of space the beds where very very comfortable really good appliances n on top of that nice weather this week
