"Mattress in Queen room needs replacement. Unit needs additional towel bars in the bathrooms. Also needs a blind on the rear door. Sunsets were great at this location."

"Visited May 2021 Beautiful sunsets but not kid friendly *We originally did not book this property. It was automatically rebooked for us by OIR due to construction on the property we selected. Horizons 115: Great location, beautiful sunsets from the back deck, and covered parking area were all great bonuses. Kitchen was very well-stocked! Master bedroom was very cozy with new, beautiful furniture. Property is not very kid friendly, however. TV is plugged into a power strip which dangles off the fireplace at kid height. Both guest bedrooms upstairs have hinged plantation shutters with no locking feature from the second story that open to a 16 ft drop off to lower floor. Bed backs up to window ledge in one of these rooms making it a pretty significant safety hazard for a curious toddler. It also makes the 2 upstairs guest bedrooms noisy since they are open to the lower floor. Maintenance overall is really lacking on the property exterior. Birds have gotten their way into the eaves making it noisy on the back deck. Overall, would not stay at this property again. "
