Featuring panoramic views of Pamlico Sound, Su Casa is located on a bulkheaded canal front property with private dock and convenient access to the Pamlico Sound. Enjoy the generous outdoor space including large decks and a screened porch.

4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths: 2 with King, 1 with Queen Bed and Queen Futon, 1 bedroom with two Twins and two sets of Bunk Beds.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs 2 DVD players and 1 Blu-Ray DVD. For your convenience, the kitchen offers a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and mini refrigerator. Phone. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers private boat dockage, bulkhead, a screened porch, decks, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

*This home does not provide linens.

Fireplace is not available.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.


New for 2020: Su Casa will have a Sunday changeover day.

Our stay at Su Casa was everything we had hoped for. The house was clean and had all the amenities that were mentioned in the description. We enjoyed being on a canal that offered a short paddle to the Pamlico sound. The difference in tides is about one foot so getting in and out of our kayaks was easy. The house is located on a dead end so there is very little traffic and it's very quiet. We especially enjoyed the peaceful evenings on the top deck. Enjoying the sunset and the star filled sky at night. All of the bedrooms had access to a deck and were very comfortable. The top floor has a huge, open floor plan that allowed all of us to hang out while we cooked. The beaches on Ocracoke Island are incredible. The water was 80 degrees while we were there. Very clean and uncrowded. Midnight walks under a full moon on the beach are amazing. Driving on the beach is also a huge bonus. We can't wait to go back next year and have already booked our dates. OIR and Su Casa met all of our expectations.
