Description

Sun Kissed cottage is a bright and cheerfully decorated pet friendly cottage offering an enclosed front yard and a convenient walk or bike ride to restaurants, shops and Silver Lake Harbor. The modern kitchen features granite counter tops and the comfortable living area make family time fun and easy after a day at the beach.

3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with two twins. The bath has tub/shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 satellite TVs, Blu-ray DVD and DVD player. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. High chair. Utility room with sink.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers an enclosed front yard, screened front porch, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic table, fish cleaning bench and shared basketball hoop. Covered parking with 7 foot clearance.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

Single story home: Living area with TV. Eat-in Kitchen. Two Bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and TV. Bedroom with two Twin beds. Hallway Bath with tub/shower. Laundry Room. Half Bath.

*Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Baby Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made any time prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.

Slice of Island life on the "Sand Bar"

We fell in love with Sun Kissed from the "get go". Perfect home for the two of Us, and our Pup. Great location, with the "Mayberry" feel to the location. The cottage has been decorated in a beach décor, with that Island atmosphere. Plenty of elbo room in the living quarters, with more than enough room in the covered parking area, to unload Your beach gear, and still have plenty of room to relax and chill in the outdoors. Enjoy or morning walks on the quiet streets, and then to watch the town come alive, from the screened porch. Easy access to the beach, shops, and ice/groceries & spirits. It has been our retreat since. This review is being written in 2020, and we have stayed numerous times threw the Years, and have 3 weeks planed this fall of 2020.

The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well appointed. The location was a little busier than what we are used to on the island, but its location was extremely convenient. I would definitely stay at Sun Kissed again.

This was our first family vacation, and we couldnt have been any happier with this property. Loved that we had the covered parking to load/unload kids, beach gear, and our ultimate hang out spot. Location was wonderful too!

We loved this cottage! Our family vacations in Ocracoke every year, but it was fantastic to be able to stay together (and our 2 labs). The house was great, and so was it's location. Very close to restaurants and shops, and quiet enough to walk the dogs every day. I'm sure we will stay here again!

First time to the island and loved it!! Slow pace, lots of nature and friendly people. The best part was bringing our dogs. They loved it just as much as we did. Didn't get to the beach as it was super windy, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay!! Very Impressed the cleanliness of our rental! We WILL be back (off season only)! Thank You!!!
