This 2 bedroom vacation home on Ocracoke Island offers two screened porches, one covered porch, and a sundeck. Retreat to the cupola to enjoy marsh and distant sound views. Tucked among the trees and overlooking the marsh, Xenia House offers a wonderful private vacation setting. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing casual island decor this home is sure to provide wonderful vacation memories.

2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins. Sleeper Sofa in living area.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, cable TV and DVD player. Wireless internet access. The kitchen includes a microwave. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers two screened porches, deck, hammock, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Dishwasher. No Phone.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit 2 cars.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Half Bath with Laundry Closet and stack washer/dryer.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and Master Bath with tub/shower. Bedroom with two Twin beds.

Third Floor: Loft with seating and desk.

This is our second time & the Xenia House. Over all, a very comfortable & cozy house. Perfect for a family of 4. The trees provide a nice break from the hot sun. It feels like a tree house. Our kids enjoyed using the cupola.

Love the house, its perfect for our family of 4! The upper scenic room has been my getaway to read and write! All of the decks are nice and cozy. Highly recommend!
