Enjoy a weekend of Music, Dance, Traditional Food, Workshops, Tournaments and Games.
The celebration begins Friday night from 7 to 9 p.m. with a music concert with Angeles Diaz in the Ocracoke Community Center. There will be food and drinks available.
Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. the celebration takes place in the area of School Road with performances throughout the day including music and dance. There will be traditional food, games, workshops and children’s events.
Saturday evening will feature two hours of concerts and dance from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Ocracoke School Gym.
After the events at Ocracoke School the festivities move to the Ocracoke Community Center for a Latin dance with Rafaga Nortena. There will be a cash bar available.
The festival concludes on Sunday with a basketball tournament from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Ocracoke School gym. Traditional food will be available.

Another popular event sponored by Ocracoke Alive is the Ocrafolk Music and Storytelling Festival which takes place each year in early June.
