Ocracoke Island Realty has been serving vacationing guests for over 30 years. During 2005, Ocracoke Island Realty was presented the opportunity to purchase Sandy Shores Realty, here on Ocracoke. Their experienced staff joined our organization and we currently represent over 300 vacation rental properties.

All of our employees here on Ocracoke are active in the community and call Ocracoke their home. Several members of our staff are native to the island, others have lived here for most of their lives, and some are relative newcomers who have fulfilled their dream of living on Ocracoke Island.
