"Everything was spotless. We appreciated the smooth transfer from Pirate’s Quay. Each time we visit we are surprised to see the stairway window is still in need of replacement. The fan and a light are not working in the main bathroom. Downcreek 101 will always be our favorite place to stay. Thank you!"

"Visited November 2020 Five Stars Isn't Enough We spent the perfect quiet Thanksgiving in this condo. The photos definitely don't do the view justice... you can see the water from every window. We watched spectacular sunsets and tons of wildlife, including dolphins. There is easy access to the local shops and restaurants. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking large meals and for enjoying any type of preferred drink. The washer and dryer were broken during our stay, so I can't say how well they worked. The unit was very well stocked with extra blankets and pillows and the beds were extremely comfortable. We could have spent our entire stay inside the rental and never been bored, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next visit to Ocracoke!"

"August 2019 Stay Our condo at down creek 101 exceeded our expectations! The views from all rooms even the bathroom are spectacular. I put a lot of effort into researching the perfect place for our stay and I found it! We had a nice breeze the entire trip which kept the bugs away and allowed us to sit in our screened in porch. We spent quite a bit of time in The condo just enjoying our views. The living room furniture could use some updating and could be more comfortable but thats because we spent so much time just enjoying chilling in our condo. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and seemed newer while the second bedroom mattress was not as comfy. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked! I was concerned that we might hear noise from other guests but we didnt hear a peep. Overall we couldnt be happier and well be back for sure. "
