The exterior offers two covered decks. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open from April 15 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available.

"Condo was perfect, other than the beds being extremely firm and uncomfortable. Concerns about the pool, there was absolutely no scent of chlorine, and our party of 4 that stayed at the pool every day came down with some sort of respitory issue like strong allergies or flu like symptoms. Have stayed here for years and would love to continue staying here. "

"This was out first stay at Pelican Perch. We've stayed at the other pet friendly condo but it was not available this year. We are renewing w Pelican Perch this year as we like to location and it has layout better. Itis worth there was an issue w ants and the air conditioner was a little wonky, meaning it was warmer when the temp was cooler and vice-versa. Overall, a beautiful rental. Nicely decorated. "
