Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, two TVs with internet service with local channels. Guests can use their own accounts to access various online viewing services. TVs do not provide house streaming accounts. Two DVD players. The kitchen offers two full size refrigerators. Washer and dryer.
The exterior offers a private dock with stairway, bulkhead, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.
Sheets and towels provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Anticipation was a very comfortable place to stay. Everything including the location and the amenities were great. The only regret is the furniture in the living space was uncomfortable. There was a note to watch for a leak in the half bath ceiling but we never saw a leak. "
