Daydreamer was designed with a reverse floor plan to maximize marsh and distant sound views from the upper level living and decks while offering ample room for relaxation on both levels. The lower level features a den complete with a kitchenette and mini refrigerator, ensuring that there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax in comfort. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. After enjoying a satisfying dinner, unwind and relax on the spacious screened-in porch or deck, offering a picturesque view of Pamlico Sound.

3 Primary Bedrooms each with a King bed. 3 Primary Baths (1 with whirlpool tub).

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 5 cable TVs. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers two screened porches and two decks, a hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and 2 picnic tables.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Very Comfortable beds!
The beds are very comfortable! One bed on the first floor is very high up and hard to get into. There are not many windows with screens so if you come in the fall and want to let air in the mosquitos will come in. The kitchen is small. If you like big coffee cups bring your own. Front door is very hard to shut. But overall the view was great and location was nice. Driveway is big but there is another house that is very close next-door. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a small livingroom with wet bar, microwave and coffee maker perfect for multiple families. Top floor is a livingroom and full kitchen with 2 decks, 1 which is screened in. Under the house there was 1 picnic table, no hammock. One thing I need to mention is that there is no general bathroom. Each bedroom has a bathroom so you must go through a bedroom to use a bathroom. Wifi is slow we couldn't stream any movies but our laptops worked. "

"June 2019 Stay
We've been coming to Ocracoke for 40+ years. This was the third time we've stayed at the Daydreamer. Definitely one of our favorites. Three en suite bedrooms with king sized beds. The new overstuffed chair and ottoman upstairs this year made accommodating 6 people in the room a challenge. New TVs are nice. Couldn't find the DVD player. Hope to be back next year."
