2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Each bedroom with a Queen. Sleeping Loft with two Twins.
Amenities include central heat and air conditioning (mini split system), ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs (includes one 46 inch flat screen). Washer and dryer.
The exterior offers two screened porches and a large sun deck, outdoor dining table, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Second Floor: Bedroom with Queen bed. Loft sleeping/sitting area with two Twin beds, TV. Bath with shower.

"My daughters and I thoroughly enjoy our stay at June. The time goes by too quickly there. The weather was good overall but our stay in the house was great. The house has such a wonderful layout. So much space and storage area. The beds and couches were really comfortable. The two porches were a great way to sit out and enjoy the breeze in the afternoons and evenings. Only complaint was the oven and frying pans. The oven snd dishwasher were being replaced the day we left so that issue was being resolved. Frying pans need replacing as well but again, such a minor issue. We look forward to our return next summer and hopefully we will be back in the June. "

"April 2019 Stay What a wonderful cottage! "June" is the most equipped cottage that we have ever stayed in~ The Cottage was clean upon arrival, reservations and check in was seamless. We want to thank the best attraction with "June" is the view of the Ocracoke lighthouse, sitting on the screened porch with that view is priceless!
