Your vacation home offers private boat dockage and four kayaks to explore the waters of the Pamlico Sound.

Relax on the covered wraparound porch or stroll out on the dock to watch kayakers, sailboats, and passing fishing boats. Enjoy panoramic views of the expansive Pamlico Sound, Portsmouth Island, South Point, and Ocracoke Inlet.

Launch your kayaks and explore the waters of the Pamlico Sound and nearby Springer's Point Nature Preserve.
Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the Ocracoke Lighthouse, Silver Lake Harbor, and Springer’s Point Nature Preserve.
5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: 1 Bedroom with King Bed, 2 Bedrooms each with two Queen beds. 2 Bedrooms each with a Queen and two Twin Beds.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, complimentary wireless internet access. Two cable TVs. Washer/dryer.
Sheets and towels provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
The exterior offers a private dock and bulkheaded waterfront with steps for convenient access to the water. Dock seating. Large covered porch. Hot/cold outdoor shower, picnic table, gas and park style charcoal grill. Storage room. Four kayaks and two paddleboards for exploring the Pamlico Sound. Life jackets are not provided. If you wish to rent them, please contact Ride The Wind Surf Shop. They will be happy to assist.
No Smoking. No Pets Allowed.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

We had not been to Ocracoke in a long time, but this place in addition to the peaceful Ocracoke environment makes us want to return on an annual basis.The views are breathtaking, especially sunsets!!The four kayaks available to use with the house are a nice perk.The yard is large enough to entertain 5 kids easily.The dock is great.The house was clean and had enough space for a large family vacation.I have no negatives to comment on for this property. It was an AMAZING place to have a vacation."

"Visited May 2020 Best Rental on the island We bring our family to Ocracoke 3-4 times per year (weather permitting). We have been coming for many years. When we come its normally 12 people including children. We have stayed in practically every large house on the island. Some we have liked, some not so much. After staying at the old Pimlico Inn site house, we'll never go anywhere else. Nothing else on the island compares. To start with the place was spotless. It was very large and had everything anybody could possibly need from the kitchen to the kayaks. Its directly on the sound at Teaches Hole (our favorite fishing spot). It has a huge pier and deck with benches. The yard is huge. I could go on and on but this IS the best value on the island."
