Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave and wine refrigerator. Gas fireplace (off-season only). Washer and dryer.

The exterior features the private water side pool 12' x 20' non-heated pool, *private boat dockage, covered front porch, open decks, screened porch, enclosed outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill.

*Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited, dependent upon individual boat height. "Everything was fine, except the time it took to fix WiFi issue. We know coverage is spotty at times, as we were reminded when I first called. When we found out our house was the only one around with an issue, we called back a second time. The delay was someone calling owner and having him call us back. When he did and talked it through with my son in law and his (owner) IT guy it was remedied. It was a hardware or part problem, not coverage. Anyway, it was fixed and owner did offer a check or dollars off next year’s stay. That was very nice. So all in all, house was clean and stocked as always and the families enjoyed themselves. Great house!"
