Description

This Ocracoke Island vacation cottage, filled with local art, is tucked away in a quiet location but still within walking or biking distance of the harbor, shops, and restaurants. June's screened porch offers an exceptional view of the Ocracoke Lighthouse.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Each bedroom with a Queen. Sleeping Loft with two Twins.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs (includes one 46 inch flat screen) and 2 players. The kitchen offers a microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers two screened porches and a large sun deck, outdoor dining table, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.


Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Bedroom with Queen bed. Bath with shower. Laundry Room.

Second Floor: Bedroom with Queen bed. Loft sleeping/sitting area with two Twin beds, TV/DVD. Bath with shower.

What a wonderful cottage! "June" is the most equipped cottage that we have ever stayed in~ The Cottage was clean upon arrival, reservations and check in was seamless. We want to thank the best attraction with "June" is the view of the Ocracoke lighthouse, sitting on the screened porch with that view is priceless! We would highly recommend Ocracoke Realty for future vacation housing options! We had a wonderful vacation and made many memories! Yours Truly, The Ashley and Davis FamilyPS.. The picture was taken from the upstairs bedroom window where you can lay and look at the Lighthouse without any disturbances!

Absolutely wonderful stay in June! It was clean, and ready before our check in time. The screened in porch with a view of the lighthouse was fantastic. And the customer service was outstanding and reservation process was easy. Looking forward to staying with you next year!
