Enjoy an amazing vacation on Ocracoke Island. The Marina House is located an easy stroll to Silver Lake Harbor and 'downtown' where you will find waterfront dining, unique shops and galleries, charter fishing and various water activities.

The Marina House includes complimentary privileges at the Anchorage Inn Waterfront Pool. A Boat Slip at the Anchorage Marina can be added to your vacation experience.

This family and Pet Friendly Duplex Home offers a reverse floor plan with open living area.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: 2 Bedrooms with King Bed, 1 with two Twin Beds.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat and ceiling fans. Complimentary wireless internet access. Four cable TVs. Washer/dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers four covered decks and a rooftop deck. Private hot/cold outdoor shower and gas grill. Parking for three vehicles (two covered spaces).

Additional Amenities include complimentary pool privileges at the *Anchorage Inn Waterfront Pool. The non heated pool is open seasonally, generally April through October.

**Guests may reserve a Boat Slip at the Anchorage Marina for one boat (up to 25 feet). The boat slip fee is $100 (plus tax). Please indicate in your reservation if you will be adding the optional boat slip. Instructions will be provided to confirm your boat slip with the Anchorage Marina.

Pet Friendly.

No Smoking.

No Partial Week Stays.

Right side of home has a year-round resident.

First Floor: Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV and Master Bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. Bedroom with King Bed, TV. Bedroom with two Twin Beds, TV. Hallway Bathroom with tub/shower. Laundry Room.

Second Floor: Living area with TV and open kitchen and dining area. Half Bath.

*Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Baby Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made any time prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.

Awesome House!

I believe we were the very first people to rent this house, and I can't say enough good things about it! Love the reverse floor plan and the spaciousness of the upstairs. Very pet friendly - the fixtures and furnishings are great for pets. We were a little concerned with the house being brand new that the kitchen would be lacking in utensils, etc., but we were pleasantly surprised. The kitchen is well-stocked - had what we needed and then some. The gas grill and access to the marina pool were definite pluses. Great location and nice neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying here. It was the perfect place for our family of four and our lab.
