Sea Salt Too offers a beautiful combination of old and new. You will enjoy this two level home nestled in the trees. For your convenience, Sea Salt Too offers a first floor office.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with Double and Twin.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, cable TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen offers a microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a screened porch, sun deck, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 cars.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

Handicap Friendly - Walk-in Shower on First Floor (not a wide bathroom door). Grab Bar in Second Floor Bath Tub. No Ramp.


Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Office. Bedroom with Queen Bed. Semi-private hallway bath with shower (bedroom and hallway access). Laundry Closet.

Second Floor: Bedroom with Queen bed. Bedroom with Double bed and Twin bed. Bath with tub/shower.

Absolutely loved this house! My family felt very at home there and adored the eclectic, artsy decor. The house is well-appointed and had everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves.We would definitely consider renting this property again.

The house was very nice overall with the two exceptions below. The location was great; easy walk/bike ride to anywhere in the village. The experience dealing with Ocracoke Island Realty was excellent!1. At this price point I would expect the house to have a modern TV. The small, old analog tube TV in this house is absolutely pitiful. TVs are not that expensive. Upgrade it!!2. The bed frame in the downstairs bedroom is VERY creaky!
