"Perfectly seamless experience when renting a cottage for the week. Very good communication in the form of very convenient emails and text messages. I literally did not have to speak to or see anyone during check-in or check-out. Everything was handled conveniently through my phone. "We love Ocracoke and Ocracoke Island Realty has been our “go to” for home rentals while vacationing. We found them very responsive when we had a delay due to a tropical storm and they were so helpful and sent out texts with phone numbers and ferry schedules. The home we recently rented - NP06- has been our favorite. Even though you need to bring your own linens the home was well provisioned and clean. Fantastic sunsets and bird watching! A few updates would be nice - better mattresses and bedroom reading lights and an upgraded TV for those inclement days. Enjoyed our vacation!"

"We went to Ocracoke in Sept '21 and said we have to bring our family here. So we all came from Suwanee, Roswell and Watkinsville, GA for an amazing week. I have rented a lot of places and Su Casa was far better than the pictures showed. The house was CLEAN, well furnished and perfect for the eight of us. It was everything it said it was and more. Right on the canal where we could dock our boat, the sunsets, paddle boarding, the beach, the golf cart rides, bicycle rides and just enjoying the peaceful slower pace. We will be back!"
