"Corinne's Downstairs is a great cottage! The location was ideal to walk to shops and restaurants. The view of Silver Lake from the front deck was beautiful and the screened porch was a wonderful place to have morning coffee, afternoon happy hour, or just a place to relax and read. I will definitely stay there again!"

"We try to go to Ocracoke every year and this is the third time we have stayed at Beach Break. It is our favorite property to stay at on the island, always so light and airy and clean and beautifully furnished and appointed. The weather was raining this past week but we had lots of cozy blankets and puzzles and games and our stay, once again, was a delight."

"Three years ago, I Googled “surf fishing” and “bicycle friendly”. Ocracoke came up on both lists. I found Ocracoke Realty Company; they recommended The Net House WP08. "Very nice place to stay. It definitely gave off the Ocacroke vibe that draws us there. Great view of the harbor from the private balcony, and within easy walking distance of most everything. You can never go wrong when you are mere steps from the ice cream shop. Surprisingly quiet to be so close to so much activity. Would definitely stay there again."

"Rented a house from OIR for 2 vacations on OI. Good communication, prompt to fix the one issue we had in the last rental (hot water tank reset) and prompt service from internet provider on first home we rented. Homes were clean and well stocked as stated in each listing. Would rent from them again."
