Welcome to Potter’s Place, a charming and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat nestled on a quiet private road. This delightful home honors the legacy of island native Walter Potter Garrish, offering guests an authentic taste of Ocracoke’s rich heritage and laid-back coastal vibe.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, two full bathrooms, and a cozy open loft featuring a pyramid bed with a double over queen, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Step out onto one of two spacious decks, including a screened-in front porch ideal for enjoying the island breeze on warm evenings.

The home features a well-maintained, fully equipped kitchen, ready for preparing your favorite meals. After a day of exploring the island, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower tucked beneath the house. Enjoy free premium Starlink Internet, and 3 Smart TV's ready to stream your favorite shows.

The exterior features ample outdoor spaces to spread out and relax, along with fenced in back yard for your dogs with access from the back stairwell. Just let your fur babies out to play. Two dog crates are available inside, one is 24' x 36", the other is 24" x 17". 2 single kayaks are available for your use - please return them when you are finished with them. Life jackets are not provided but may be rented at Ride The Wind Surf Shop.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
