CV9: Net House

This waterfront two bedroom plus a loft, three full bath Villa is our most often requested! Sitting right on Silver Lake with breathtaking harbor views from the deck, screened porch, and interior. The Net House offers two spacious living and dining areas on separate levels an upper-level full kitchen with dishwasher and ice machine, lower level kitchenette, washer/dryer, wireless internet access, and four TVs. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Bedroom A on the upper level has a king bed, TV, and bath. There is also a second story loft open to the first floor, with 2 twin beds, full bath with shower only and a mini-fridge, sink, TV and small sitting area.

Bedroom B on the lower level has a king bed, full bath, TV, screened porch, and kitchenette with full refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. Access to Screened Porch on harbor.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first come first serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
