We enjoyed our stay at Sea Shire. Great. View, comfortable, well appointed kitchen. The only thing that would make it better is an elevator as we were on the 3rd and 4 floors.- Reviewed On: 9/2/2025

OI Realty is always the best to work with and we would not consider going to anyone else with our rental needs! As far as the Sea Shire...all great in that unit with the exception of the ceiling fan (main floor bedroom) that is hanging precariously from the ceiling and make it a bit scary to use. It was like this last year as well. And the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is really in need of replacement.- Reviewed On: 9/9/2024

A great place to stay. Beautiful views! Well furnished and clean! The only issues were that there is no access to a bathroom from second floor loft to second floor bathroom and there is no hose or shower outside to rinse sand.- Reviewed On: 7/15/2024

No broom to clean floors, no outside water hose to wash off sand prior to packing for departure and the access to the sound water needs steps ( not just a ladder ) some people are not capable of using the ladder- Reviewed On: 8/28/2023
