2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with King, Loft with Double. Two whirlpool tubs.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 cable TVs. Washer and dryer. Gas fireplace is now available - off season only.

A pier with shallow water access is great for fishing and crabbing. The exterior offers a spacious deck. Covered parking is provided in the garage. Shared fish cleaning table.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Pets Allowed.
No Smoking. Limit 2 Vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

OI Realty is always the best to work with and we would not consider going to anyone else with our rental needs! As far as the Sea Shire...all great in that unit with the exception of the ceiling fan (main floor bedroom) that is hanging precariously from the ceiling and make it a bit scary to use. It was like this last year as well. And the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is really in need of replacement.

A great place to stay. Beautiful views! Well furnished and clean! The only issues were that there is no access to a bathroom from second floor loft to second floor bathroom and there is no hose or shower outside to rinse sand.

No broom to clean floors, no outside water hose to wash off sand prior to packing for departure and the access to the sound water needs steps ( not just a ladder ) some people are not capable of using the ladder
