Ocracoke Island is full of fun things to do. You can explore the history of the Outer Banks at the Ocracoke Lighthouse and the Ocracoke Preservation Society Museum. For natural beauty, you can spot wild ponies or visit Springer’s Point Land Preserve where you’ll encounter endless wildlife. Over 400 species of bird have been spotted on Ocracoke and seasonal turtle nesting takes place annually. Ocracoke Island is a world of its own!
