NP15: Terrapin Station

As guests of Terrapin Station, you will enjoy a comfortable walk or bike ride to village shops, galleries, restaurants and Silver Lake Harbor. A spacious rear den features seating and a dining table. A wall of windows overlooks the adjoining salt marsh. Experience amazing sunsets. Enjoy beautiful marsh views, home to egrets, heron and other wildlife. The den offers a comfortable work area for your computer needs (computer not included) and a stereo with blue tooth for streaming and CD player. A small rear deck offers an even closer view of nature. French doors in living area lead to a front covered porch, perfect for watching the world go by in this historic island neighborhood.

Terrapin Station offers all new furnishings, appliances, and cabinetry. The completely new chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Keurig and standard coffee maker.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Master Bedroom with a King bed and private bath with tiled shower. Bedroom with a Queen bed. Bath with tiled shower.

Amenities include central heat and air conditioning (mini split system), complimentary wireless internet access, and 4 Roku TVs. No cable or satellite service. Stack washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a covered front deck and hot/cold outdoor shower. The rear deck overlooks the salt marsh offering a perfect retreat for nature photographers. A covered deck under the home offers a grilling station with charcoal grill and outdoor dining area with a picnic table, bench and rocking chairs.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Maximum 2 Vehicles (including covered parking for one vehicle).

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Please Note: Paddleboards and kayaks that are secured under the house are NOT for guest use. Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented from Ride the Wind Surf Shop. In the marsh, the board walk leading to the dock (and the gazebo) are not for guest use.
