NP34: Hooligan Sunset

Beautiful sunsets. Home is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Beds are comfortable. Rugs in the kitchen in front of the sink and stove are slippery and worn out. They are a trip hazard. Tubs could use grab bars for getting in and out. We very much enjoyed our stay. Look forward to staying again.

Hooligan Sunset is a great home with amazing views and was very clean upon our arrival. Check in and checkout was a breeze. We love the island in the off season, so quiet and makes for a great time to decompress. Still looking forward to our longer stay this summer with our kids however.

Our stay was fabulous!! The house was better than we saw on the site! What views!! Even though it rained one day just watching the water and sky from all the windows was amazing!! The house was so clean and the closed in outdoor shower was fantastic!! The pier was excellent for fishing and crabbing!! Hooligans sets the bar high!!

We absolutely loved Hooligan Sunset! I didn't have to leave. We watched the nature of the sea in the morning on the deck, and felt the magic of the sunsets in the evening. And when the waves were rough on the beach, we enjoyed the calm of the sound right off the private pier. Hated to leave! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Amazing! Absolutely loved Sunset Hooligan. We spent hours on the deck, watching nature and seeing the dolphins playing so close by. the sunsets were gorgeous. We had a wonderful time, and didn't want to leave.

this was our first trip to Ocracoke and we absolutely loved it, sounds are beautiful and clean, take your floats to play in the water, water only comes up to your knee, dont forget to take your water shoes since some parts of ocean has lots of shells, need mosquito sprays, we will be back next year, variety stores has everything you need and prices were actually decent, Ocracoke seafood store has lots of fresh seafood for you to cook

House was very clean upon arrival. Beautiful panoramic views of the sound from the entire living area. House had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The only small issue was that the bed in the master could have been a bit more comfortable.

We thought house should have working outside spigot with hose and a hose at fish cleaning station on dock. Seats at counter are very uncomfortable. Flood lights at back of house must be burned out. Dryer very loud and squeaks.

Hooligan's Sunset has an unbeatable view which makes up for the small size. We have stayed at this home many times and enjoy it. The one request I have is that a step be placed going up to the dock. My husband and I are older with bad knees and can not make the huge step onto and off of the dock.
