3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid (double on the bottom and a twin on the top). Both baths have a shower only.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and three cable TVs. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a screened porch, decks, picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, and fish cleaning bench.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

The washing machine did not rinse well and left soap stains on the clothes. Needed to rinse 2x to get the soap out.

House was clean, limited kitchen utensils, very basic and sterile atmosphere but the screened in porch was great and it was open and airy inside. The maintenance crew replaced a missing shower head within a few hours of my phone call, I was impressed!

Great house! I truly enjoyed the location. However, only complain is the the TVs. They were terrible. No TV service. Second complain is the Internet was very slow. With that said, I would still stay there. Ocracoke Island Realty was excellent to work with for the rental process! Thanks for a great week!

It rained all week. Not your fault. I understand. Upstairs toilet. Would clog from day 1. Multiple doors leaked during the heavy rain. Parking area was a mud bog. Once again tropical storm, so I understand. Could use some gravel though.

Place was great and very clean. We enjoyed our week! Adding a broom and dustpan would be very helpful along with some larger roasting/casserole pans. We cook every night.

Nice house, well maintained. OIR folks are always great to work with. House could use an electrical outlet under the house for golf carts. Aside from that no complaints!

The grounds around the house need improvement. The sand was black, having the appearance of septic drain field runoff and the parking area under the house was mush. Also the driveway needs a wider base of stones.

We loved our time once again this year! Everything with the house was great. Clean. Functional. Comfortable. We also appreciated the support in getting bikes rented and referrals to companies doing Portsmouth tours, etc. We will be back next year Lord willing!
