2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Primary Bedroom with a King and a second bedroom with a Queen. Queen Sleeper Sofa is located in the living area. Maximum occupancy of 4.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and complimentary wireless internet access. 3 cable TVs including two smart TVs and one TV with a built-in DVD. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a covered deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open from April 13 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Great location with fun front porch from which our little guy had a Birds Eye view of all the activity. He could run in and out at will. Not a big place, just two bedrooms, with combined kitchen, DR, living room running the length… but bright and airy with a very nice pool out the side window.
