The exterior offers private boat dockage, bulkhead, a screened porch, 2 decks, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

We've been staying at OINC once or twice a year since the early 90's and particularly enjoy the OC neighborhood because the canals allow parking the boat close by. August is cute house though probably more ideal for a family with a bunch of kids. We've stayed there twice now. Really the only issue was the huge water bugs (2" long) that somewhat unnerved my wife.... so I spent every morning hunting, i.e. dispatching any WB that dared showed itself before she got up.

Loved the location, the dog friendliness, the kitchen was well stocked (baking trays suggested!), mattresses so comfy, outdoor living areas were divine (except onslaught of houseflies), delighted to find hybrid Keurig coffee maker. Interior design outstanding and so welcoming. Only complaint was we were unable to get the dryer to dry our laundered clothes. Would definitely rent again!

House had a "cottage" feel that we loved. Well equipped, clean, and in a wonderful location. We noticed a screen door needed repair when we moved in on Saturday, but a repairman was there early Monday - before we even had time to report it. The only things worth mentioning: (1) The dish cleaning supplies we usually find under the kitchen sink were missing - no dishwasher tablets or liquid. But we always bring some, so we were fine. (2) The nice floor lamp in the living room doesn't have a lampshade on it. All minor things that didn't keep us from having a wonderful week at OC 28! Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay but no one ever came out to replace the missing board on our dock which I reported and felt was a safety issue. Disappointed in lack of response. It would have been a 5 minute fix. We have rented through you every year for almost 20 years.
