Conched Out is a beautiful home located in Ocracoke's Pamlico Point community. This neighborhood offers the closest access to Ocracoke's spectacular beaches. You will enjoy a short bike ride to restaurants, a grocery store, and the nearby beach access. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a reverse floor plan offering long range views from the decks and second floor living areas.

The reverse floor plan offers all three bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor. The spacious open living area on the upper level features vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed. One bedroom with Queen Bed and one with Pyramid Bed (Double on bottom/Twin on top). All beds have memory foam mattress toppers.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, Starlink Premium wireless internet access, and 4 cable smart TV’s. Gas fireplace (Off-Season Only). Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.

The exterior offers a screened porch, covered and open decks, a picnic table, park style charcoal grill, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking with entrance.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Maximum 3 Vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Pamlico Point is the newest neighborhood in Ocracoke Village. Travel mapping websites, including Maps (which is also found on our Location Tab) does not show all current homes or those under construction. If you have any questions about Pamlico Point please do not hesitate to contact our office.

First Floor: Primary Bedroom with King Bed, TV and private Primary Bath with shower. Bedroom with Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom with Pyramid Bed (Double on bottom/Twin on top) and TV. Hallway Bath with tub/shower.

Second Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Half Bath.

A great space in a good location. There’s a view of the marsh from the deck. The kitchen is well appointed. A tight squeeze for 7 but we made it work!

We loved our stay at Conched Out. The house is beautifully decorated, modern, and had everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. I wasn’t sure what the view would be like from this home but it was a great view from both second floor porches! We would love to stay here again!
