This cute, comfortable cottage offers easy walking distance to village activities, shops, galleries and restaurants. Stroll over to the coffee shop for your morning wake-up call or over to the library for a good book to read in the hammock swing.

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Bed.

Amenities include central AC/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 1 TV. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a screened porch with dining table, swing and hammock swing, rear deck with picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench and bike rack.

Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 Pets. No Smoking. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Great little cottage in a quiet private location. Worked extremely well with pets, screened in porch is amazing. We would definitely stay here again in future visits.

comfortable cottage which was perfect for our elderly dog who can't do stairs anymore. Since the weather was delightfully cool, more screened windows would have been nice, and pulls on the lower kitchen cabinets and drawers also, but we still enjoyed Ginny's Place!

The stay was pretty good. The location was great and beds were fine. The place was clean with maybe a The floor being the only exception. You don't see it but there is a lot of dirt. We loved the porch but should get rid of that hanging cloth- seat thing. The inside floor has soft spots in the kitchen that are a bit annoying. The bush out front needs to be trimmed so you can get around it. A good spot for our little dog. All in all, a good stay.

HAve been staying at this address for many years, Only suggestion is to repair the sagging flooring at the sink, it’s much worse than last year.. Second suggestion is to simply pressure spray the patio, it is very dirty and the hanging net swing has had better days, which I have been part of long ago. Great Location, the place needs a little TLC and simple repair.

Still no drawer pulls on bottom kitchen cabinets. Almost painful to get open. Also, should have some kind of draw drapes on entry patio doors for privacy.
