Kith and Kin is a charming and unique three-bedroom old-style Ocracoke Island cottage with a spacious screened porch and a second-story open-air cupola. Enjoy easy walking or biking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, water sports, shops, galleries, and restaurants.

The Kith and Kin main house features a large open floor plan with French doors leading onto the spacious screened porch. The barn features a ground floor game room while housing 3 twin beds and half bath on the second floor.

3 Bedrooms, 1 full and 2 half baths:
Main House: 1 bedroom with Queen and 1 bedroom with Bunk Bed. A futon in the living area offers flexible sleeping options. 1 full bath with shower and 1 half bath. The Barn : 3 Twin beds and a half bath. The maximum occupancy is seven people, including children.

Amenities central heat and air conditioning (mini split systems), ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and TV with cable service. Washer and dryer located in the Game Room.

The exterior offers a large screened porch with dining tables and seating. Balcony-style deck, open-air cupola, park-style charcoal grill, and fish bench.

The house is super cute and the deck is amazing. The only real complaint we had is that it smelled like sewage outside the whole time. Seems like the septic tank might need a look. Otherwise super fun time!

This place is perfect for a couple with 2-5 children and a dog or two. They will be very happy there. I was alone with my dog, so I had too much room, but it was nice. Nice porch and everything you need in the kitchen except measuring cups. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the muddy driveway and tracking dirt into the house. The mud got in the groves in the soles of the shoes and cracked off in the house when it dried. I got tired of sweeping up the dirt. They should put gravel down or pave it.
