Kith and Kin is a charming two bedroom old-style Ocracoke Island cottage with spacious screened porch and a second story open-air cupola. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is a great choice for a small family. Kith and Kin offers easy walking or biking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, water sports, shops, galleries, and several restaurants.

2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen and 1 with Bunk Bed. A futon in the living area offers flexible sleeping options. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children. Full bath has shower only.

Kith and Kin features a large open floor plan with French doors leading onto the spacious screened porch.

Amenities central heat and air conditioning (mini split system), ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and TV with basic cable service.

The exterior offers a large screened porch with dining tables and seating. Balcony style deck, open air cupola, park style charcoal grill, and fish bench.

perfect little old style beach house

We loved it! Nothing fancy, but perfect for us. You have to be patient and let the window units catch up, but they cooled fine once they got going. The porch was our favorite part!

A quaint house. We enjoyed our short stay. Unfortunately due to hurricane Florence we had to leave early. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great location! House was very old but clean and had everything we needed. Amazing screened porch- we ate outside everyday!
