Enjoy the appeal of this historic neighborhood, located near the Ocracoke Lighthouse, a pleasant stroll to Silver Lake Harbor, and Springer's Point Nature Preserve. Relax on the large front screened porch.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: 1 with King and private Bath, 1 with Queen, and 1 with a Twin over Queen bunk bed set.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, complimentary wireless Internet access, smart TV's with streaming only. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a large screened porch, picnic table, deck, hot/cold outdoor shower, and park-style charcoal grill.

First Floor: Open kitchen and dining area. Laundry area and Half Bath off the back of the kitchen with access to the back yard. Living room with smart TV, gas fireplace (off season only) and comfortable updated furnishings.

Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with King Bed and Deck Acess with private Bath with Tub/Shower. Two additional bedrooms off the hallway, one with Queen and one with a Twin over Queen bunk set. Full bath in the hallway with tub/shower.
